Meet the Dolphin Team
Dolphin Talent Director, Jennifer Webb shares her experiences as a drama teacher and working actress. She is a broadcast journalism and psychology major from the University of Miami that spent several years working as a producer in the television industry. She also worked for multiple years as a secondary education teacher of public speaking and acting before joining Dolphin as the Director of Dolphin Talent. Since joining Dolphin, Jenn has successfully overseen the creation and execution of a broad range of social outreach and educational programs. She now enjoys spending much of her time traveling around the country, educating both students and educators about how to successfully transition into the film and television industry. Though it’s often difficult to eat when traveling, her favorite breakfast food is pancakes with peanut butter and jelly.
Manny Arca is an experienced talent agent and casting director that has been involved in the modeling and entertainment industry from the beginning of his career. An agent for over 20 years, Manny served as the Head of Film and Television for one of South Beach’s premier agencies, Irene Marie Model and Talent Agency. He also held the Director position of the Michelle Pommier Agency in Atlanta, GA . Over the past 8 years, Manny has worked as a Casting Director on 2 full telenovelas and 4 Lifetime movies. He currently acts as the Vice President of Casting and Talent Management for Dolphin Entertainment and is casting Dolphin Entertainment’s first feature. When Manny is not casting for Dolphin, he is busy taking care of his zoo: 1 “bald” cat, 4 dogs, 1 honeybear, and 3 cockatoos.
Drew Kelly joined the Dolphin family in 2006. Initially the Director of Marketing and Web Designer, Drew’s role has expanded to include project management for multiple initiatives. Thankfully for Dolphin, uncanny problem solving abilities and an impressive relationship with technology allows Drew to also serve as the leader of Dolphin’s special task force, “my computer is broken and I need you to fix it.” She also oversees this blog. Drew graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Public Relations and Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing.
Drew has an unhealthy obsession with The Daily Puppy and dreams of the day when she can have a bundle of fluff to call her own.
Sarah Landman is the Director of Post Production for Dolphin Entertainment.
She oversees the entire process that takes place after shooting the film until viewers are able to actually see the end product on television or the movie theatre for all the films Dolphin produces. Sarah coordinates the international and domestic delivery of Dolphin’s Programs to all the networks and distributors that have acquired them. In addition, she helps write the curriculum for Dolphin Talent’s classes and even teaches them occasionally. Though she works in television, Sarah is a music junkie and loves going to concerts.
Following a passion for working with and molding young talent, Heather Brewster joined Dolphin Entertainment in as the Director of Talent Management and Casting. Heather has spearheaded a number of initiatives at Dolphin, including launching Dolphin Entertainment’s inaugural nation-wide talent search for “Soul Surfer” and partnering with the EDTA, holding open auditions and workshops for members and their students at the local, state, and national level.
Prior to joining the Dolphin family, Heather resided as casting coordinator for Universal Casting in Miami Beach. She graduated from University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Motion Pictures and Economics, and a minor in Music Business and Entertainment Industries. Heather’s day is incomplete without a Starbuck’s coffee and a sing along!
Sarah Soboleski joined Dolphin Entertainment in 2001 and currently serves as Dolphin’s Senior Vice President. She is credited with discovering, developing, and producing the Roxy Hunter franchise for Dolphin Entertainment, among many other projects she has shepherded over the years. Sarah received her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Film Production from the University of Miami Film School. In her spare time she likes to chase her two year old Sawyer and buy shoes.
Christine Perrin oversees the international sales efforts for Dolphin Entertainment content. She is responsible for the exploitation of all of the Dolphin titles and ensures worldwide brand awareness via Television and Home Video Distribution, Mobile content, and licensing and merchandising initiatives. A fun fact about Christine is she has a beautiful 6 lbs. white male poodle named Pancho…and despite the fact that he is a little bit of a snob, he is the joy of her life!
Megan Ellstrom is the Director of Sponsorship and Promotions at Dolphin Entertainment. As Director of Sponsorship, Megan is responsible for finding sponsorship opportunities and ways to integrate brands and products into Dolphin’s feature films and promotions. She is extremely excited for the premier of Spectacular and is looking forward to the start of preproduction on our first feature. In her spare time she likes to play kickball with the other members of Dolphin.
Upon completion of “the most awesome internship ever, “ Emerson Davis officially joined the Dolphin family in 2008, multitasking as the Assistant to the President and Director of International Sales and Marketing. Marrying her strengths of organization and efficiency, Emerson ensures the pod’s travel arrangements are secure, office supplies are abundant and deliveries are secured. Moonlighting in the international sales department, Emerson assists in the sales efforts for Dolphin properties abroad. Emerson graduated from University of Miami with focus on Motion Pictures and English Literature.
